5 Artists for Airframe

From an insight of OVER, a leading sustainability company, and a meeting with THAT'S CONTEMPORARY comes a collaboration with 5 contemporary artistsə who interpret the functionality of AirFrame, the new sustainable air purifier that will enter homes accompanied by a certificate of authenticity of the artist's multiple.

Drawing inspiration from OVER's core values and vision, five artists were selected, each with their own original research and the use of disparate heterogeneous media, investigated the relationship between the environment and the real self. Lə artistsə used AirFrame as a blank canvas and were granted total artistic freedom in order to create an unprecedentedly designed purifier.

The five artists involved in this project are Paolo Gonzato (Busto Arsizio, 1975), Sali Muller (Luxembourg, 1981), Mara Palena (Garbagnate Milanese,1988), Przemek Pyszczek (Bialystok, 1985), Laura Santamaria (Como, 1976).
The project, artistically directed by THAT'S CONTEMPORARY, was curated by Giulia Restifo and Jessica Tanghetti from an idea by Viktoriia Serhieieva.

The multiples were previewed on December 14, 2021 at Palazzo Serbelloni in an exhibition linking the artist's multiple to its original.
